Planter Monitor with Digital Unit
Digital Unit
The digital unit is ideally suited for bigger seeds like maize,
sunflower and peanuts. It registers planting density, hectares planted and much
more.
Figures
speak volumes. During the planting process the Digital Unit accumulates certain important
information. This information is of great value for planning and control over the planting
process.
The Digital Unit
provides the following:
- A graphical display of how each planter unit compares with
the others. At a glance, it is possible to see if a specific row differs from the average.
- The amount of kernels planted by a planter unit per 5
seconds.
- The amount of kernels planted by a planter unit per 100
meters.
- The percentage with which the planter unit's planting tempo
differs from the average.
- Each row has a counter that registers the total amount of
kernels that was planted since the counter was zeroed.
- The ratio of kernels per Hectare, as calculated after 100m.
(This gives good estimation of the hectare to be planted.)(Population)
- The ratio of kernels per Hectare as calculated after a
hectare was completed. (As actually counted.)(Population)
- The built-in hectare meter registers the amount of hectares
planted since the hectare counter was set to zero.
- Easy to calibrate.
- A user manual with step by step explanations is included.
The relevant
information is automatically stored in the memory of the Digital Unit. One can observe
information after a day's planting, even if you were not there in person.
